Six Loyalty Tiers and the Reward Each One Opens

The welcome number is a one-time sheet. The loyalty ladder is the part that is still paying in month six. Casino Rewards uses six levels. Status Points move you up them. Each band opens something the band below does not, and the table on this page is the version we check against the account screen. We read that ladder before we decide whether a headline is worth the wagering attached to it. A large match on an account you abandon in month two loses to a smaller entry you actually keep playing, because points exist only if you stay. The sheet can be generous and still be the wrong score.

Read the Ladder Before You Read the Headline

A welcome sheet pays once, if you clear it. Status Points accumulate on eligible real-money play for as long as you continue. We open the loyalty panel before we open the promotion. A brand you will not revisit cannot compound, and a brand you will revisit should not be chosen for a ceiling you will never reach.

There are six levels. Nothing extra has to be pressed to make Status Points post. VIP Points are a second balance. Rewards Riches can add VIP Points, free spins, credits and Gold Surge events. VIP Points are not the counter that moves your level. Mixing the two is how a player thinks a tier changed when only a reward balance changed. We read both numbers in the account and label them in the notes before we describe what a level is worth.

The seven brands we rank share this ladder, so standing is not a souvenir of a single lobby. Shared points do not improve a thin match rate. Golden Tiger Casino's later steps are still 20% and 30% matches, whether or not your Status Points are already moving. The offer and the ladder are scored apart, then added.

What Opens on Each of the Six Levels

The published ladder groups the six levels in pairs. The account still shows a level, so we walk all six. The table is the checklist. The notes under it are how we read the pairs when a player asks what they have actually unlocked.

TierHow you reach itWhat opens up
1–2 (entry)Earn your first Status PointsRewards Riches access, regular drops, standard support
3–4 (mid)Keep earning points with playFaster drops, more sweepstakes entries, birthday gifts
5–6 (top)Sustained play and statusPriority support, exclusive games and, at the top, a personal VIP host

Tier 1

The first Status Points open the programme. Rewards Riches becomes available, drops run on the regular cadence, and support is the standard desk.

Tier 2

You are still in the entry band. The hub stays open and the points history gets longer. A new perk class does not start here. If points stop posting, that is a support question, not a hidden tier-2 prize.

Tier 3

The mid band starts. Drops come faster than they did at entry.

Tier 4

The rest of the mid band shows up here: more entries into the Time of Your Life draw, and a birthday gift. Daily Cash Drops keep their own schedule through this band and the ones around it.

Tier 5

The top band opens priority support and exclusive games. That is service and access. It is not a larger welcome match and it is not a different RTP build.

Tier 6

A personal VIP host joins at the top. Priority support remains. A host is a person you can ask. A host is not a clock on the cashier, and we do not describe a payout as instant. Smooth verification, when a first cash-out asks who you are, is still required at every level.

Drops and Draws Set Beside a One-Time Match

Rewards Riches is the hub inside the account. Eligible logged-in members can see drops as often as every two hours: free spins, VIP Points, credits, Gold Surge events. The pace and the contents step up as the level steps up. Daily Cash Drops place a prize chance on a schedule that repeats. Time of Your Life adds draw entries, with more of them from the mid band upward. None of these asks you to finish a welcome multiple before the first point posts.

Set that beside a sheet you can only use once. Golden Tiger Casino's total of up to $1,500 is a real sum of caps, and the third and fourth caps are a 20% match up to $500 and a 30% match up to $500. Casino Classic will not win a headline contest: $1 buys 40 free spins, and the second deposit is 100% up to $200. Captain Cooks Casino sits between those shapes, with up to $500, 100 Chances for $5, and four matches after that. Yukon Gold Casino's published value is $150 after 150 Chances for $10. Grand Mondial Casino's is $250 on the same Chance entry. Zodiac Casino's published value is $480 after 80 Mega Money Wheel Chances for $1. Luxury Casino's five matches add to $1,000, with full 100% matches only on the first and the fifth steps.

When the sheet is cleared or expired, the ladder, the drops and the build are what remain. A tier does not lift a slot from 92% to 96%+. How that percentage behaves is the subject of the return-to-player guide. Points are a second stream on top of the build. They are not a reason to skip the information screen.

Status Match, Support at the Top, and the Build Underneath

VIP Status Match is for a player who already holds a tier somewhere else, online or on a casino floor. Register first. Then contact support with proof of that standing. Approval is not automatic. The terms are the ones support confirms. A granted match changes your starting level on these six tiers. It does not rewrite the welcome steps, and it does not change which maths model a game is running.

From tier 5 the day-to-day change is priority support, and at tier 6 there is a host. Use that contact for account questions. A withdrawal still goes through the cashier you chose. Interac is on the deposit side and on the withdrawal side. The cashier also lists cards and the other rails it actually supports. We test with a Canadian method and we write down the menu we saw. We do not promise a landing time, and we do not skip smooth verification on a first cash-out.

Under the ladder, the Highest Win Rate Guarantee still picks the build: 96%+ on slots, and up to 99.9% on video poker where full-pay is live. A host cannot turn a short-pay blackjack rule into a better one. We still look for 3:2, not 6:5, on the table rules. When the build, the licence register and the tier screen agree, the offer can be ranked. That order is kept on this site's ranking. The welcome caps are a column in the decision. They are not the decision.

Offers, the cashier, and the builds

Answers here cover this licensed casino, including the 96% slot floor, not every provincial monopoly.

What is the Status Points counter for, if VIP Points are a separate tally?

Status Points move you through the six levels. They measure eligible play. There is no way to withdraw them, because they are not money in the account. VIP Points are the other counter. Rewards Riches can add VIP Points along with free spins, credits and Gold Surge events. We read both figures in the account before we say what a tier is worth. One tracks the climb. The other is a reward balance. Spending or receiving VIP Points does not, by itself, promote you.

Do tier 1 and tier 2 open different rewards?

They share the entry band. Tier 1 opens Rewards Riches, the regular drop cadence and standard support once the first Status Points post. Tier 2 keeps that access and lengthens the points history. A new perk class does not start at tier 2. Faster drops, extra Time of Your Life entries and a birthday gift belong to the mid band, tiers 3 and 4. Priority support and exclusive games belong to tiers 5 and 6, and the personal VIP host is the tier 6 addition.

Does a VIP Status Match replace the welcome offer?

No. If support approves a match, your starting level on the ladder changes. The welcome steps stay as published on that brand, and the RTP build stays as the guarantee sets it. Proof of your existing tier is required. Approval is not automatic. Ask after the account exists. A match is not a reason to skip the match-rate check on deposit three, or the minimum on deposit one.

If I self-exclude on one brand, do the other brands close too?

No. Self-exclusion is set on the brand whose tools you used. It does not automatically close the other brands we rank. If you want every account shut, set the tool on each brand. Deposit limits, loss limits, session limits and time-outs work the same way: they belong to the account you are in. A shared loyalty ladder is not a shared lock.

Do Rewards Riches and Daily Cash Drops stop during a losing session?

They are programme events, not a refund for a bad hour. Rewards Riches can drop as often as every two hours while you are logged in and eligible. Daily Cash Drops and the Time of Your Life draw follow the programme calendar. A losing stretch does not switch them off, and a winning stretch does not replace the need to know your level. Drops get richer as you climb. They are not a reason to chase money you already decided to stop.
